Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Plixora Tech products, including the Plixora AI Content WordPress plugin. Refund rules can differ depending on where you purchased (marketplace vs direct).

Summary

  • Where you buy matters. Marketplace refunds follow the marketplace’s rules.
  • We’ll help troubleshoot first. Most issues can be fixed quickly with setup checks.
  • API usage fees are separate. AI provider charges (like OpenAI) are not refundable by Plixora.
  • No abuse. Chargebacks or repeated refund abuse may result in loss of access/support.

Marketplace Purchases (CodeCanyon/Envato)

If you purchased Plixora through a marketplace such as CodeCanyon/Envato, your refund request must be submitted through that marketplace and will be handled according to their refund policy and procedures.

We can still help with troubleshooting and setup. If the marketplace asks for details, we may provide technical information related to the issue (with your permission when appropriate).

Direct Purchases (if offered)

If Plixora is purchased directly from Plixora Tech (if/when offered), we may provide refunds under the guidelines below, unless prohibited by law. We reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.

Best practice: If you’re not sure the plugin fits your workflow, start with the Free plan (if available) or review the Docs page before purchasing.

Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

  • The plugin is materially not as described and we can’t resolve the issue with reasonable support steps.
  • A technical issue prevents core functionality on a supported setup, and troubleshooting doesn’t fix it.
  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, billing error).

Before approving a refund, we may ask for basic diagnostic details (WordPress version, PHP version, error logs, screenshots, steps to reproduce).

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be available for:

  • Change of mind after significant use of the product (especially if output/content has been generated).
  • Issues caused by unsupported environments, third-party plugin conflicts, theme CSS overrides, or custom code.
  • Requests where the product works as described, but doesn’t meet a specific personal preference.
  • Third-party costs: AI provider usage fees (OpenAI, etc.) and hosting costs.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@plixoratech.com with:

  • Your purchase email and order/license details (or marketplace order ID).
  • A short description of the problem and what you expected.
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable).
  • Your WordPress + PHP version (helps us troubleshoot fast).

If you purchased via a marketplace, submit the refund request through the marketplace first, then message us so we can assist.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may be unable to provide support while the dispute is open. Chargebacks may result in revoked access to license updates/support (where applicable) to prevent fraud.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” at the top when changes are made.
